| 内容記述 | 〔目的）術後の安全な初回歩行には高度な観察と看談技術が必要であり、看殿学生にとって難易度が高い。 その援助プロセスを学ぶために術後初回歩行場面のシミュレーション演習を実施し、演習の効果を検証す るために、学生の評価と学習満足度、学習意欲を明らかにした。 〔方法）シミュレーションは、学生が開腹胃切除術を受けた模擬患者の歩行を援助する場面とし、臥床か ら端坐位まで(7分）と起立して歩行する(10分） 2場面を実施した。実施者以外の学生は映像を見て観察した。 実施後は全員でデイプリーフィングを行った。研究協力の同意が得られた看護大学3年生80名に以下のア ンケート調査を行った。①演習デザイン評価(SimulationDesign Scale日本語版）、②学生の満足度と自信 度(StudentSatisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning日本語版） 、③学習意欲に関する評価(ARCS評 価シート日本語版）を用いて評価した。全て5段階評価で、高得点ほど各要素に同意しているとみなす。 （結果〕各調査項目の要素ごとの平均値（標準偏差） は、① 「演習デザイン評価」は、サポート：4.11 (0.63)、 目的の理解／情報提示：4.10 (0.54)、忠実度： 4.07 (0.61)、フィードバック／ リフレクション：3.93 (0.64)、 問題解決過程の活用： 3.91 (0.57)、②学生の満足度と自信度は、自信度：4.03 (0.55)、満足度： 4.00 (0.63)、 ③学習意欲に関する評価は、注意：4.10 (0.68)、関連：4.00 (0.69)、満足： 3.95 (0.67)、自信：3.86 (0.69) であった。 〔結論〕目的の理解、忠実度、注意や関連の得点が禍かったことから、この演習で学生は初回歩行場面が イメージでき、看護が理解できた。今後は学生全員が実践し自信につながるような演習設計を検討する。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The safe first ambulation after surgery requires advanced nursing observation and skills, so it is difficult for nursing students. In order to learn the relevant nursing care processes, we conducted a simulation exercise focused on a first ambulation. The objective of this study was to investigate student motivation and satisfaction in regard to the exercise in order to assess its effectiveness. Methods: The simulation consisted of a student helping an ambulation of simulated patient who received an open-gastrectomy.T he simulation was carried out in two scenes, from the bed rest position to the sitting position (7 minutes), and standing up to walking (10 minutes). The other students observed the live video. A debriefing was performed after each scene with all students. The consent was received from 80 third-year nursing university students, who were given the following questionnaires: (1) Simulation Design Scale (SDS) Japanese version, (2) Student Satisfaction and Self- Confidence in Learning Scale (SCLS) Japanese version. (3) the evaluation sheet based on ARCS motivation model (ARCS).E ach are ratedo n a 5- point Likert scale. Higher scores indicate ag reater agreement for each item. Results: The average score (standard deviation) for each subscale of SDS was Support: 4.11 (0.63), Objectives and Information: 4.10 (0.54), Fidelity: 4.07 (0.61). Feedback/ Reflection: 3.93 (0.64), Problem- Solving: 3.91 (0.57). In terms of SCLS, Confidence:4 .03 (0.55) and Satisfaction: 4.00 (0.63).A RCS scores were Attention: 4.10 (0.68). Related: 4.00 (0.69). Satisfaction: 3.95 (0.67). and Confidence: 3.86 (0.69). Conclusions: Because Objectives and Information, Fidelity, Attention and Related scores were higher than others. this exercise allowed students to understand nursing intervention for the first ambulation scene and to visualize the nursing care processes.T ob uild student self-confidence, we plan to design an exercise that can be practiced by all students. |
