H、ほめる、励ます、（視野を）広げる」は納得のいく言葉であった。その理由として子どもへの関わり方が前向きである、つまり私が実践している前向き子育てプログラム「トリプル P」との共通点が多いことに気付いた。そこで内田先生の著書『子育てに「もう遅い」はありません』をトリプル P の子育て技術に関して共通点や相違点に注目して読み解くことにした。内田先生は脳科学、心理学、教育学にもとづき、子どもの年齢に応じた親へのアドバイスなど多くの知見を述べていた。トリプル P
