2(男性・女性)×企業業種 2(化粧品会社・鉄道会社)×家庭状況 2 (既婚子有り・独身子無し)の 8 種類を作成し,大学生を対象とした質問紙調査にてリーダーの印象評定を求めた。分析の結果,リーダーの印象は“作動性”“共同性”“理知性”の 3 次元によって構成された。そして,女性リーダーは,既婚子有りで化粧品会社勤務の条件にて,作動性が高く評価され,男性リーダーは,独身子無しで鉄道会社勤務の条件で,作動性が低く評価された。この結果は,判断基準の移行(shifting
